The convention will be held from April 18, 2025 to April 20, 2025. 


Friday hours are 1:00pm to 10:00pm.

Saturday hours are 11:00am to 10:00pm.

Sunday hours are 11:00am to 8:00pm.  

What are the dates and hours of the convention?

The convention is held at the Savannah Convention Center located at 1 International Dr, Savannah, GA 31421. 

Where is the convention located?

Daily passes are $26.00, weekend passes are $60.00, and VIP passes are $150.00. 


Tickets can be purchased in advance here on our website! They will also be available to purchase at the door. 

How much are tickets and where can I purchase them?

You would contact the artist directly. All attending artists have their booking information in their profile on the Artist Line Up page. This will either be a link to book, or their instagram/email where you can arrange booking directly with the artist.

How do I book with a tattoo artist for Anime Ink Convention?

A list of attending artists can be found here on our Artist Line-up page. 

How can I find out which tattoo artists will be attending?

Yes! You will need an appropriate ticket for the show that covers the days you will be getting tattooed.

Do I need a ticket if I am being tattooed at the show?

Yes, it is encouraged to contact artists directly to book an appointment in advance.

Can I book a tattoo appointment in advance?

All tattoo artists are required to follow strict hygiene and safety protocols, including using sterile equipment and maintaining clean workspaces.

What health and safety measures are in place?

There are certain categories that healed tattoos will be allowed to enter. Please check out Tattoo Contest page for additional details! 

Can I enter a healed tattoo in the tattoo contest if the artist isn't at the show?

Anime Ink Con is not responsible or liable for any tattoos or medical issues that may arise from tattoos received during the convention. All tattoo services are provided by independent artists and vendors. Any concerns, including those related to the quality of the tattoo, the healing process, or medical complications, should be directed to your tattoo artist. We strongly recommend that you discuss aftercare and any health concerns directly with your chosen artist before getting a tattoo.

How can I apply for a vendor or artist booth?

Yes, children 12 and under have free admission.

Are children allowed to attend Anime Ink Convention?

No, outside food and drinks are not allowed. There is a concession stand that has food/drinks you can purchase once you're inside the show.

Can I bring outside food/drinks?

No, pets of any kind are not allowed.  Only official ADA working animals are allowed. 

Are pets allowed?

Yes, if you need a refund before the show occurs, please email book@animeinkcon.com with the name the tickets are under.

Can I get a refund for my tickets?

Yes, the convention is open to the public. Children 12 and under have free admission.

Can anyone attend the convention?

Yes, special guests such as voice actors, cosplayers, and content creators will be attending. A list of guests can be found under the Guests header at the top of the website. 

Are there any special guests?

The convention will feature cosplay contests, gaming, tattoo contests, live music, seminars, panels, workshops, afterparties, and more. Check the event schedule for a list of all our events. 

What events or activities will be happening at the convention?

Yes, there will be a tattoo contest everyday of the convention with a variety of categories. Details can be found on the Tattoo Contest page.


We will also have a cosplay contest on Friday and Saturday.  Details can be found on the Cosplay Contest page.

Are there any contests or competitions?

Known as one of America’s most walkable cities, attendees who plan to travel by vehicle to the Savannah Convention Center have the convenience of ample onsite parking within close proximity to the facility’s main entrances. Fees and availability may vary.


The convention center is just a three minute complimentary ride from the Savannah Belles Ferry landing is a convenient connection to Savannah’s famed River Street and Historic District and only a 20 minute drive from the Savannah International Airport via Interstate highways I-95 and l-16.

Is there parking available at the venue?

No, costumes (cosplay) are not required, but are encouraged for those who wish to participate in cosplay events.

Do I need to wear a costume to attend?

Nearby hotels are listed on the Hotels page. 

What are the nearest hotels?

Yes, our dress code policy is as follows: 

  • Clothing cannot show less than what a typical swimsuit covers (standard bikini, trunks, etc.)

  • Private parts must be covered in an opaque material that will not slip or have gaps.

  • Shoes must be worn at all times. Bottoms of feet must be fully covered.

  • Attendees may not wear a uniform that can be mistaken for official medical, police, SWAT, FBI, or other law enforcement agencies.

  • No hate symbols are allowed.

  • Attendees with bulky costumes, costumes that obscure the vision, or costumes with large extensions such as wings or spikes, should have a designated “handler,” to assist them through the hallways and crowds.

Is there a dress code policy?

Yes, the prop / weapons policy is as follows: 

  • ANY prop or weapon may be subjected to weapons check at the discretion of our staff, convention center staff, or law enforcement.

  • Props are defined as any item carried as part of a cosplay not designed to represent a weapon and carried as an augmentation to the costume.

  • Prop weapons are inert items that are designed to appear as a weapon either fantastic or realistic. Prop weapons do not include actual weapons whether they are authorized, or peace bonded.

  • No heavy metal objects are allowed.

  • No sharp edges of any material are allowed.

  • Any item that poses a potential safety hazard may need to be removed from the convention. This includes any costume, prop, or accessory that obstructs doors or hallways, or otherwise poses any kind of danger to other attendees, staff, or convention space property.

Is there a prop / weapon policy?

Smoking/Vaping is only permitted in designated smoking areas.

Is smoking / vaping allowed?

Re-entry is allowed. If you purchased a daily pass you will be given a wristband which you will be required to wear during the convention and will need to re-enter on the same day. 


If you bought a weekend pass, you will be given an badge, you can come and go as you please all weekend.


You must show your wristband or badge when asked by a convention staff member or volunteer.

Are there any convention guidelines?

Yes, various vendors and artists will be selling anime-related merchandise, art, and collectibles. You can check them out in advance on our Vendor Lineup page! 

Will there be merchandise for sale?

VIP ticket allows the pass holder to enter all three days. VIP tickets allow one hour early entry prior to the doors opening to the public.   VIP also includes free entries to the Tattoo Contest and/or Cosplay Contest Registration. 


VIP Package Bundle on Arrival which includes: -Exclusive T-shirt, $50 Gift Card to Mimik Tattoo, $50 Gift Card to Ghost Tattoo Studios (not redeemable at the convention), Ghost Tattoo Bunny Sauce Aftercare Jar, and Exclusive Anime Ink Con Mesh Banner. 

What is included with the VIP ticket?

Absolutely! We greatly appreciate any volunteers that want to help our attendees have the best convention experience. You can submit a voltunteer application here. 

Can I volunteer for Anime Ink?

How can I stay updated with the latest information about the convention?

No, Anime Ink Con does not permit the use or display of AI-generated tattoos or artwork in any form. We are committed to supporting the creativity and craftsmanship of human artists. All tattoos and art showcased or sold at the convention must be original works created by the attending artists.

Does Anime Ink Con allow AI-generated tattoos or artwork?

Of course you can! To apply you can visit the Panels page and click the Host A Panel button or you can simply fill out the form here

Can I submit a panel / workshop application?

Your panel will join a list of panels that our team will go through and approve on a case-by-case basis. If our team has any questions or concerns, they will contact you directly to work with you on getting your panel approved. Please be patient as it can take us a bit of time to get through all of the panels.

How will I know if my panel has been approved?

Yes, all approved panels will display on the website on the Panels page and on the Events Schedule page with their designated room and time slot. 

Will my panel show up on the website and the schedule?

All panels are one (1) hour in length maxiumum on our events schedule. However, we ask that you be ready to only run 45 minutes in order to give that last 15 minutes for room changeover.

What is the minimum/maximum length of time a panel can run for?

Yes, the after party on Saturday night will be age restricted to 18+.
